2. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to security recruitment and services.
You may not upload false documents, impersonate others, or misuse the information of other users.
You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

4. Content and Documents

You retain ownership of the documents you upload (such as your CV, ID copy, and certificates), but you grant us permission to store and process them to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit.

5. Recruitment and Third Parties

We act as a platform connecting security guards and companies. We do not guarantee employment, placement, or the conduct of any user. Any agreement reached between a guard and a company is solely between those parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, and design elements of the platform are owned by Mediaincu and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or to us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
